| I am of the
opinion, that it actually does not make horrendously much sense to put on
'fair' coffee as a niche market. It would deal more about an initiative with
a broad effect, i.e. an initiative that (even if marginal, but through
leverage probably efficient) modifies the rules of the market slightly
(without taking their functionality), and not only about some slight
cosmetics here and there. (It may be that the role of the fair-trade, in
Germany even 5%, is the one of a catalyst. |
